    Return and Exchange Policy

    Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

    Beyond 24 hours, modifications and cancellations are not possible. Please contact us promptly if you need to make changes.

    Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

    Accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

    We strongly encourage recording a video while unboxing the shipment as proof for claims.

    Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

    COD Orders: A Razor pay link will be shared to collect your bank details for the refund.

    Exchanges are processed within 10-12 days from the pickup date.

    A product can only be exchanged once.


    P.S - If you encounter any issues, such as receiving the wrong product or any other concern, we kindly request that you contact us as your initial point of contact.

    How to do exchange or return?

    • Click on the above button to open our return / exchange dashboard
    • Login with your email or mobile number
    • You fill find a list of orders eligible for returns. 
    • Select relevant order and choose the items you want to return or exchange. 
    • For COD Orders no bank details are collected at this stage. 

    WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

    You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

    • They must be in original condition
    • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
    • In the original packaging
    • Accessories are non returnable

    Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

    ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

    • There is nominal handling charge of Rs. 150 for facilitating the return and exchange
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND for COD Order?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a razor pay link where you can put in your bank details and claim the refund amount. 

    HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND for Pre Paid Order?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund to your source within 7 days. 

    HOW LONG DOES EXCHANGE TAKE?

    • Once your raise the request the products are picked within 1-2 day
    • The exchange products are delivered within 10-12 days from the date of the pickup.
