Welcome to the Warmline Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Program Overview

The Warmline Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by Promoting Warmline Products On Your Website, blog, social media, or other approved platforms. Commissions are earned for qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate links.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Your website, blog, or social media platform must align with Warmline’s brand values and guidelines.
• Websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content are not eligible.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Earn 5% commission on every qualifying sale made through your affiliate link.
• Qualifying Sales: Commissions are earned only on sales that are tracked and confirmed through our affiliate system.
• Exclusions: Returns, canceled orders, or purchases made with discount codes not provided by Warmline are not eligible for commissions.

4. Payment

• Payment Method: Commissions are paid via Phone Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, Paytm etc.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are made monthly, provided your earnings meet the minimum payout threshold of ₹1000.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes related to your affiliate earnings.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Accurate Promotion: Promote Warmline products honestly and accurately. Do not make false claims or misleading statements.
• Compliance with Laws: Ensure your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosure.
• No Spamming: Do not engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or any other unethical marketing practices.

6. Warmline’s Rights

• Monitoring: Warmline reserves the right to monitor your promotional activities to ensure compliance with these terms.
• Termination: Warmline may terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
• Changes to Terms: Warmline reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• Use of Branding: You may use Warmline’s logos, banners, and other promotional materials provided by us. Unauthorized use of Warmline’s intellectual property is prohibited.
• Ownership: All content and materials provided by Warmline remain the property of Warmline.

8. Limitation of Liability

Warmline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ludhiana.
